2nd Canadian Jukendo & Tankendo Seminar

What an epic weekend at the 2nd Canadian Jukendo & Tankendo Seminar 🇨🇦🥋! When we reflect on these last few days, what comes to mind is gratitude.

Thank you to all the attendees who participated this past weekend, and a big congratulations to everyone who passed their ikkyu grading.

We are grateful to all the Senseis on our judging panel: Baptiste Tavernier, Chiba Sensei, Ogawa Sensei, Sato Sensei, and last but not least, Steve Kelsey Sensei. Their guidance is truly the greatest gift.

A special shoutout to Kelsey Sensei, who travelled to Montreal from England, and undoubtedly inspired everyone with his enthusiasm and his passion for jukendo and tankendo. Finally, a big recognition to the dojos from Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Quebec City. It’s amazing how quickly jukendo and tankendo have spread across Canada since 2018.
